Bahawalpur the city of Nawabs and Palaces

The most impressive city I've visited in Pakistan. it's Bahawalpur the city of Nawabs and Palaces. the 12 Nawabs of former princely state Bahawalpur have left their legacies in the city. A must see the place in South Punjab.
This palace was Constructed in 1875 AD, the palace is almost one hundred and fifty-five years old, is the latest monument in Punjab to be educated under the Antiquities Act. The state of Bahawalpur was merged in Pakistan in 1956 AD and management of this palace was awarded to Dep. It had been secured beneath a judicial order but not until the majority of its wealthy holdings was smuggled out. Its furniture, rugs, paintings, and crockery were offered nearly all around the nation. Pakistan Presently section of Archeology is in charge of the appearance following the palace and they've opened it for the public, pupils, and also to delegations and people from different nations. Even though there are a lot of tales told in Bahawalpur in regards to the building of all Noor Mahal but one of all, famous legend is that Nawab Subah Sadiq Muhammad Khan IV laid the basis for building this palace with regard to her spouse. The palace was intended to be the house of the late Subah Sadiq Muhammad Khan along with his loved ones but legend says that they spend just 1 night since they were warned against so due to its proximity to the Basti Maluk Shah graveyard. The palace was later utilized as a condition guest house. The Nawab additionally held intermittent cabinet meetings and gave viewers to noteworthy guests. The construction function for Noor Mahal started in 1872 AD. The palace was finished in 1875 AD at a price of Rs 1.2 million. Noor Mahal was created by Mr. Hennan, that had been a British aide and has been functioning as an engineer in Bahawalpur. The palace can't be associated with Taj Mahal in Any way but there's some tiny similarity, as both the monuments have been constructed in honor of his wives. It was designed as an Italian chateau on neoclassical lines, in a time when modernism had put in. It's a double-story building having a Cellar too. There are 32 rooms at the construction, with 14 in the cellar. So guys visit beautiful Noor Mahal and enjoy your trip. Pakistan tourism always encourages such one day trip for the local people as well as for the foreign one. Best of luck for your trip.
